Aesthete, n. - one having or affecting sensitivity to the beautiful especially in art.
Aestheté (accent added*) is where you’ll discover audio dramas in serial form! We’ll be exploring the best of classical literature, as well as new Catholic fiction. We aim to promote the beauty of storytelling and its use as a tool of God.
Our patron saints are St. Thérèse of Liseiux and St. John Paul II, both of whom wrote plays.
*(contrary to the typical pronunciation, “es-theet,” from what we can tell, the correct pronunciation would be “Ays-thet-ee”. But, being American, and taking into consideration the pronunciation of “Aesthetic,” we’re going to throw you another pronunciation curveball and pronounce it “Es-thet-ay”so that it’s halfway in between something.)

Aestheté will begin recording audio dramas this summer, sharing several chapters a month. You’ll want to follow along in real time to complete each story with us! The first three chapters of every drama will remain free, with the rest behind a rolling paywall. Full, un-cut recordings of each drama will be offered after completion.
Paid subscriptions start at $5 a month, or $50 a year.
